Midwest Personnel, Inc
10000 Marshall Drive
Lenexa, KS 66215
Midwest Personnel was born in 1984. A technical staffing firm from the start, Midwest Personnel focused on Engineers, Designers, and Drafters. Kansas City is a great Engineering town, so Midwest Personnel focused on serving the top Engineering firms in the Kansas City area. We are still working with most of those clients today. As hand drafting transitioned into Computer Aided Design (CAD), Midwest Personnel continued to provide the top talent.
Mike Gower joined the firm in 2008 and Lindsay Carter joined in 2009. Both bringing their own expertise to the firm, Midwest Personnel was able to grow even through some challenging market conditions. Mike and Lindsay continued to take on increasing responsibility and purchased the firm in 2014. Under new ownership Midwest Personnel became certified with the State of Kansas as a WBE/MBE. Midwest Personnel will continue to grow by focusing on our core strengths and deep relationships.

He would be happy to talk through the situation and help to develop a strategy. If you are a technical professional open to hearing about new opportunities, Mike would love to hear from you.
